The Grinch is a hybrid surface lure- half frog, half shad! The soft body has the shape of a frog but the tail is more shad like with an inverted caudal fin that beats rhythmically through the retrieve like a buzzing shad. Great for walking the dog style retrieves and ideal for surface fishing for black bass and pike. The lure has the look of a fish come rodent come reptile as it moves across the surface skipping over all sorts of obstacles like weedbeds, lily pads, rushes and tree roots with ease. Any fish hiding in these snags will find it hard to resist having a pop at your Grinch!
