SALMO Rattlin’ Executor SDR is the deep diving version of the well-known Executor, enhanced with an internal rattle system for additional acoustic attraction. It is designed for fishing deeper zones where predators hold along drop-offs, ledges and underwater structures.
The SDR (Super Deep Runner) version delivers a strong, rolling and flashing action that imitates a distressed baitfish. The built-in rattle increases vibration and sound output, helping to trigger strikes even in stained water or when fish are less active.
This lure performs effectively with a steady retrieve but can also be worked with pauses, speed changes and short jerks to create an irregular presentation. Such versatility allows anglers to adapt to changing fish behavior and seasonal conditions.
Each lure is equipped with strong black nickel VMC treble hooks and durable split rings, ensuring reliability when targeting larger predators. It is particularly effective for pike and zander, and in many waters also attracts larger perch.
