MADCAT X-ZIBIT Boat 265 is a specialized catfish rod designed for catfish fishing from boats and inflatable boats, primarily using float fishing rigs. This model is intended for anglers who need a powerful and durable rod capable of handling large, hard-fighting fish. With a length of 2.65 m, it offers comfortable tackle handling from a boat, allowing controlled bait presentation and effective fish management during the fight. The rod is suitable for fishing in rivers, deep channels and reservoirs, where substantial power reserves and the ability to withstand heavy loads are essential.

The construction is based on a reinforced 24T carbon blank, designed to deliver excellent lifting power when fighting large catfish. Its medium-fast action provides a balance between responsive rod performance and effective cushioning of sudden runs. The 175–350 g casting weight rating allows anglers to use heavy catfish rigs commonly employed when fishing from boats. A distinctive feature is the set of oversized SeaGuide guides, which allow float stops to pass smoothly through the rings, making it easier to fish with adjustable-depth float rigs. The rod also features a SeaGuide DBS reel seat, providing secure reel attachment during demanding fights. The combination of a powerful blank and carefully selected components helps anglers maintain control over strong catfish, even when the tackle is subjected to considerable pressure.
